I know that most of you are going through difficult times these days, both economically and socially, also due to recent dreadful 2nd wave of COVID-19. My empathy is with all directly/indirectly affected by atrocities of corona virus.

So let's just discuss this situation around the globe and especially in Pakistan.

Secondly, Pakistan;
 Confirmed  Recovered  Deaths  Cases per 1 million

One's thinking suggest him to remain quarantined, however, majority of world leaders announced lift of lockdown in their respective states.
Timber Hawkeye said,
"You are not stuck at home, you are safe at home. One word can change your attitude, and one cough can change your life."
What has caused them to do this? No one clearly knows or just understands its economical part.

Pakistan, even though, been hit, relatively, less aggressively than the major states of US and Iran, Khan Sahab announced ease in restrictions due to lockdown.

Effects of lockdown Lifted:This breaking news was immediately followed by thousands leaving their homes like a huge gang of prisoners bailed out after years of imprisonment.

Many of you, reading this blog, have left your home somehow for any type of outing, no matter in which province of Pakistan your residence is.

But many of us are still unable to understand what cause the major influx of people on roads after lockdown, due to COVID-19, was lifted (even though, preceding to this, roads weren't empty even then).

Reasons

Here are some of the reasons;
  1. Lack of knowledge , both literary and social
  2. Natural inconvenience, as the quarantine span increases one month
  3. Incapability of governance
  4. It served as an opportunity for daily wagers and small businesses to revive their routine.
  5. Bazaars overpopulated due to coming Eid-ul-Fitr festival of Muslims.

What do you think was the main reason behind this situation in Islamic Republic of Pakistan??
Was it the governance or the upcoming festival of Eid?
